Installation method of electric film winder

Preparation before 1. installation

Tool preparation: screwdriver, wrench, pliers, electric drill and other common tools.

Material preparation: electric film reel, film reel shaft, fixed bracket, bolts and nuts, wires, etc.

Determine the installation location: According to the structure and use requirements of the greenhouse, determine the installation location of the electric film reel. Generally speaking, the electric film reel can be installed on the side or top of the greenhouse.

2. installation steps

Install mounting bracket:

Use an electric drill to punch holes in the greenhouse frame, and then fix the fixing bracket at the punching position with bolts and nuts. Ensure that the fixing bracket is firmly installed and can withstand the weight of the electric film retractor and the pulling force during operation.

For the side-mounted electric film reel, the fixed bracket should be installed on the column of the greenhouse; for the top-mounted electric film reel, the fixed bracket should be installed on the arch of the greenhouse.

Place the electric film reel on the fixing bracket and fix it with bolts and nuts. Ensure that the electric film winder is installed horizontally and parallel to the film winding axis.

Connect the power cord of the electric film reel, and select the appropriate wire specification and length according to the power and use environment of the electric film reel. Ensure that the power cord is firmly connected and there is no risk of short circuit and leakage.

Installation of roll-up film shaft:

Pass the film rolling shaft through the film of the greenhouse, and then install the two ends of the film rolling shaft on the two sides of the frame of the greenhouse. Ensure that the film winding shaft is installed horizontally and parallel to the output shaft of the electric film winder.

For longer greenhouses, multiple film rolling shafts can be used for splicing, and special connectors should be used for splicing.

Connect the electric film reel and the film reel shaft:

According to the type and specifications of the electric film reel, select the appropriate connection method. Generally speaking, the electric film winding device can be connected with the film winding shaft by means of a chain, a belt or a coupling.

Ensure that the connection is firm and free from looseness and slippage. During the connection process, attention should be paid to adjusting the tightness of the connection to ensure that the electric film winder can normally drive the film winding shaft.

After the installation is completed, turn on the power supply and test the operation of the electric film reel. Check whether the forward and reverse rotation of the electric film winding device is normal and whether the rotation of the film winding shaft is smooth.

Adjust the limit switch of the electric film reel, and set the upper and lower limit positions of the film reel according to the actual needs of the greenhouse. Ensure that the limit switch can accurately control the travel of the roll film to avoid excessive winding or damage of the film.

3. Installation Precautions

Safety first: During the installation process, attention should be paid to safety to avoid accidents. Especially when using electric drills, wrenches and other tools, should wear protective gloves and goggles.

Follow the instructions: strictly follow the installation instructions of the electric film reel to ensure that the installation is correct. If you encounter problems during installation, you should consult the manufacturer or professional technicians in time.

Check the electrical connection: When connecting the power cord, make sure that the electrical connection is correct and firm, and there is no risk of short circuit and leakage. At the same time, the grounding of the electric film reel should be checked to ensure good grounding.

Adjust the tightness: When connecting the electric film reel and the film reel, pay attention to adjusting the tightness of the connection. Too loose will cause slippage and affect the film rolling effect; too tight will increase the load of the motor and reduce the service life of the motor.

Regular maintenance: After the installation is completed, the electric film retractor should be maintained regularly, its operation should be checked, and problems should be found and solved in time. At the same time, the electric film reel and the film reel should be cleaned regularly to maintain their good working condition.
