4. Fix the reverse switch on the main support rod, and add a control knife switch in front of the reverse switch to ensure that the power supply can be cut off in time when the reverse switch fails.

5. The host has already added enough qualified lubricating oil when leaving the factory, and the user does not need to rejoin it.

6, ice and snow weather to clean up the cold film after the start of the film winding device, to prevent damage to the agricultural film due to rain and snow icing.

7. It is forbidden to touch the winding rod when the film winder is rolled and placed. After the film winder is rolled in place, it should be shut down in time to prevent the film from turning offside into the shed.

8. During installation and use, when the vertical rod and roll rod are deviated, the user should adjust, straighten and tighten the bolts in time to ensure the normal operation of the host and rods and extend the service life.

(1) Steel frame greenhouses The most widely used steel frame greenhouses are prefabricated hot-dip galvanized steel pipe greenhouses. ① Single steel frame greenhouse, the span of the greenhouse is 6~8 meters, the shoulder height is 1.5~1.8 meters, the top height is 2.5~3.3 meters, and the length is 30~70 meters. Its basic skeleton composition includes arch rod, rod, vertical rod (for shed heads at both ends), diagonal brace, referred to as "three rods and one brace". ② multi-span steel frame greenhouses, with a single span of 6~8 meters, a gutter height of 2.5~3 meters, a top height of 4.2~5 meters, and a length of 30~60 meters. The pipe diameter of the steel frame greenhouse is 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, the pipe wall thickness is 1.2~1.5mm, the inner and outer walls are hot dip galvanized, and the plastic film is used as the covering material.

(2) glass greenhouse commonly used 5mm thick float glass or double insulating glass for transparent covering material, glass inlay material using aluminum alloy profile, glass edge and aluminum alloy profile joint using anti-aging rubber seal. The span of the glass greenhouse is usually 6.4 meters, 9.6 meters, 12.8 meters, the gutter height is 3~4 meters, and the open room is 4 meters. The advantages are good light transmission, good heat preservation, dust easy cleaning, long life. The disadvantage is that the impact resistance is poor, the cost is high, and the structure is mostly stria-style spire shape.

(3) sunshine board (PC) greenhouse sunshine board is a transparent covering material with polycarbonate as the main raw material, including single-layer wave board, double-layer or three-layer transparent hollow sunshine board, the skeleton adopts hot-dip galvanized steel frame assembly type. The advantage is heat preservation, sealing, good impact resistance, the disadvantage is that the surface is easy to accumulate dust, not easy to clean, high cost.

(4) Avoidance canopy Avoidance canopy is composed of cement columns, steel pipes, etc., mostly "Y" or "umbrella" structure, the top covering material is mostly plastic film, surrounded by ventilated non-buckle film or buckle insect net. In rainy spring and summer, crops can be protected from direct rain leaching, thereby reducing disease. It is mostly used for rain shelter cultivation of fruit trees, fast-growing leafy vegetables, etc. or summer seedling raising.

(5) Shade shed Shade shed is a cultivation facility that provides shading for plant growth. The pillars and rungs are built with hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. The pillars are fixed on the ground and covered with sunshade nets with different light transmittance according to the different needs of plants. The height is about 2 meters. To put it simply, the role of the shade shed is to shade and cool down in the summer and autumn strong light and high temperature seasons; in the early spring and late autumn frost seasons, it plays a certain role in protecting plants from frost.

(6) Characteristic shed Characteristic shed refers to the shed specially designed and manufactured for some agricultural production, such as bayberry steel frame net cover shed, aquaculture facility breeding shed, loquat shed, etc.
